Happy Halloween

23 October 2020

Happy Halloween from everyone in St. Patrick's N.S.

We hope everyone really enjoys their midterm break and has a great Halloween. We had a great day today with all our pupils dressed up in their costumes. This year, instead of going around from class to class reciting our poems and singing our songs, we had a Google Meet between all the classrooms. Every class got a chance to say 'Happy Halloween' to all the other classes and to recite and sing some of the poems and songs they have learned over the past week. We also got to see some of the fantastic art that our classes have created this week. We had an active party out on the yard at lunch time with our resident DJ, Mr Goggin, providing the tunes.

The pupils enjoyed some well deserved treats, fun games and a movie this evening.

Well done to all our pupils, teachers, SNAs and our caretaker for making sure our school is as safe as possible for everyone over the past number of weeks.

We would all like to wish our teacher, Mr. Reidy, and all the Limerick senior hurling team the best the luck as they begin the Munster championship against Clare on Sunday.

Have a great midterm everyone.
