Recent Bookfair

Promoting reading throughout the school.
We held a bookfair in the school in the second week of May. This was a hugely successful event. It was run in conjunction with Jane Murphy, Usbourne independent partner. All classes visited the fair and the children purchased a great variety of high quality books. As a result, the school were able to update their class libraries to the value of over €900!
We place a very high value on reading and its benefits for the children in all classes so this is a great boost and will provide further motivation to the children to continue their reading journey.
