Celebrating European Day of Languages 2022

26 September 2022 | eTwinning

Learning the song "Hello to all the children of the world" and conducting a survey were part of celebrating European Day of Languages this year.

As part of being involved in eTwinning, pupils in our school marked the European Day of Languages by participating in a study of the diversity throughout our school. Pupils in 2nd & 3rd class conducted the survey and found that there are pupils from five different countries attending our school. They also found that pupils in our school have parents/grandparents from 19 different countries!

Pupils in 2nd & 3rd class also learned the song "Hello to all the children of the world" and they made an international banner with flags and the hello greeting in many different languages.
