Character Parade for World Book Day 2023
We had a whole-schol event to celebrate World Book Day 2023 - a character parade. Each pupil was asked to choose a character from a story or book that they've read and to dress up as the character using items from home. Each pupil made a fantastic effort and we were treated to a fantastic display of costumes and props. All classes gathered in the yard, and after introducing their character to the teachers, all participated in a charachter parade around the school's Active Walkway. There were four prizewinners chosen for their originality and effort on the day and these each received a €10 National Bok Token. Well done to all!
