Peace Proms 2024

Children from 3rd - 6th class participated in Peace Proms 2024 in UL on Sunday, January 28th.
UL arena was buzzing with excitement on Sunday, January 28th. Almost 1000 children had the opportunity to sing with the Cross Border Orchestra of Ireland. There were almost 70 pupils from 3rd - 6th class in our school participating. The show was a culmination of many months of practicing their songs, some which had accompanying choreography. The children had one practice in UL before Christmas and met again on Sunday morning before the show. It was a spectacular event with singers and musicians from all across the country participating. The pupils that were involved were very grateful to have had the opportunity and the whole school community was very proud of how they represented themselves and the school.
