Living Things -Planting bulbs

25 September 2020 | Discover Primary Science

Senior Infants learned all about what plants need to grow by planting their own Narcissus bulbs.

Senior Infants enjoyed getting their hands dirty while planting their own Narcissus bulbs. They identified what plants need to grow and compared it to what humans need to grow. They planted their own Narcissus bulbs in school and took them home after a few weeks to watch them grow. We kept two in class and observed and took care of them daily. We were delighted when they flowered!
